Meet Mike Le Dang, part of the heart of our kitchen. Mikey came to us from Boralia almost a year ago. He taught himself to cook when he was a kid and then honed his skills at George Brown College. He would like to send a special shout out to his family for teaching him about sharing…something we’re grateful for because he brings us snacks all the time. Mikey has a special Valentine’s Day present for you and we can all vouch for it as we indulged in the results. There’s some really great tips in it that you can apply to other recipes as well. Enjoy!
